We have already been trusted by 20 families who happily live in their dream apartments.

First of all, we need to establish that we are not a construction company.

We are a general contractor, and we specialize in finishing turnkey apartments. Fragrant and ready to move in.

Our company's mission is to save our customers from arguing during the renovation. To save their nerves and above all, we want to save them from getting divorced due to renovation. We will take care of everything comprehensively from A to Z. We will take on the entire burden of renovation of the apartment, including a two-year warranty for all our services.

Diana - is responsible for determining the appearance and ergonomics of the apartment.
Tomasz - deals with material logistics, technical matters, guarantees and contracts.

I don't know if you are aware of the fact how many decisions you have to make when finishing your apartment? We can tell it is about 1,000 decisions, I know it is hard to believe. Unfortunately, this only seems simple and easy at first glance. Only those people who have already undergone one or more renovations can tell you what this is about. Hardly anyone makes a full project of an apartment before renovation begins, as it is expensive and time-consuming.

Various construction crews, electricians, plumber, furniture assembly, lamps, curtains, couch , connecting the dishwasher, hiding cables under the TV - this is just the beginning of the nightmare that people who have no experience or time to finish their own apartment will face. As they say, many people have already been "finished" by the finishing of the apartment. What is the biggest nightmare is the punctuality and inclination of "experts" and the constant blaming of the former.

How do we work?

First contact

1.What are your needs and, most importantly, what we should put the greatest emphasis on (time, special requests, other)?
We choose together what package you are interested in. - We set the price range and the date of the first and last day of work.
First meeting - free and non-binding.
We analyze apartment plans - with the exact size of the rooms.
We sign a framework agreement - and proceed to make a detailed cost estimate based on the information we have collected. Time from 14 to 30 days.
We present a detailed project - materials used and a specific price that will not change.
Finishing work starts - our renovation teams enter your apartment, and we start working.

Comfort Plus Package

Two consultations with Diana about furnishing the apartment and help in choosing the right finishing materials. The purpose of the meeting is to define: the needs of the residents, the style of the interior and the preferences of the residents, favorite colors, the layout of the kitchen, bathroom, plumbing and electrical connections. From our catalog of completed investments, you choose the style that best suits your preferences. Moodboard of the selected interior - an electronic board of inspiration. The Standard Package does not provide for 3D photos in color - it is an option in the VIP Package. Making corrections in the settings and presenting the materials used. Puttying and painting walls and ceilings. Laying the panels with a minimum abrasion class of AC4 in the rooms. Comprehensive bathroom finishing: tiles, white installation (shower or bathtub, washbasin with a cabinet, batteries and a mirror). Installation of lighting and electrical points. Connection to the washing machine. Comprehensive kitchen furniture with appliances (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, sink with a battery). Installing interior doors in the rooms. Baseboard in the apartment. Electrical installation: electric sockets, switches adapted to the design and settings of the furniture. Curtain rods for curtains and curtains. LED lighting system for curtain rails with accessories. Air conditioning approach connection (conduits).
There is no furniture in the apartment in the Standard Package

Includes all activities of the Comfort Plus Package and additionally:
3d photos in the color of designed rooms design and selection of all furniture for the apartment. Additionally two consultations related to the selection. Home Standing - apartment ready to move in - flowers, accessories, a set of plates, bedsheets, towels. This package also includes the installation of a TV, washing machine, dryer. Installation of complete air conditioning with remote control and smartphone application.

Includes all activities of the Comfort Plus Package and additionally:

3d photos in the color of designed rooms design and selection of all furniture for the apartment.
Additionally two consultations related to the selection.
Home Standing - apartment ready to move in - flowers, accessories, a set of plates, bedsheets, towels.
This package also includes the installation of a TV, washing machine, dryer.

Package for rent

Tenant target: Rich student, Manager-President, Family, Short-term rental - booking.
In this package, we specify the target for which the apartment will be rented. We adjust the standard to the purpose of the apartment and give the finished product. In addition, we are able to find suitable tenants in this package and prepare all the necessary documents and security for the Investor.

We sign a detailed contract with each client, which covers many details securing the interests of both parties. The price per m² also depends on the size of the apartment. The larger the apartment, the cheaper square meter.
